Mike Müller
Senior Software Engineer @ BSH, 25+ years in software, writing on AI × developer productivity.
Twenty-five years writing software. Started with Smalltalk and classic OOP. These days the work is about making people, tools, and agents collaborate reliably. MarsMike is half brand name, half operating condition: thin air, plenty of dust, and delivery still needs to land.
Who is transmitting.
Senior Software Engineer in BSH's RAISE-SW GenAI team, building production AI agents inside the software delivery pipeline.
Elected works council representative at BSH, involved in how AI rollouts actually land in a 60,000-person company.
What I think about: software delivery in the GenAI era, end to end. Requirements, architecture, knowledge management, CI/CD, background agents — the daily friction, not the keynote-talk version.
I write about it here as field reports from real practice: what survives contact with production, what breaks under load, and which patterns are actually worth keeping.
